My family and I booked in january 2004 to holiday with them in their bungalow for christmas 2005, we had already been there and it was great, HOWEVER! when we rang them 7 weekes before we were due to go they realised they had double booked us, The manager was rude and arrogant and picked the other family over ourselves (but we had booked 18months previous), he had no apology for us and no alternative accomodation was offered, (although they have plenty, and we know they werent booked up). The local newspaper is going to print with our story. My family is upset by this, we have always gone away at christmas, we live all over the country (including one from spain) and it's our chance to meet up, we can't find alternative accomodation elsewhere so our christmas is somewhat disrupted! I wouldnt recommended Beachside holiday park to anyone!
